This is another part of the Prima Poker network. It helps by being part of multiple shared programs to help insure shared higher traffic. I'm not really a big fan of the Prima network but there does seem to have certain followings that one can capitalize on. Their software is OK, but not great. They do have some loose aggressive gamers that frequent their tables. That makes me happy for sure. They seem to average about 3000 cash ring gamers during peak hours and about 4000 tournament players during the peak hours as well. They do have a great chat feature. It allows you to see everything going on on the table, and the chat screen is on the right of your screen. A standard theme mix of games to include (hold'em, Omaha, seven-card stud and five-card stud), but there are no Hi-Lo versions. There are lots of short-handed tables with a maximum of 5 or 6 players. Absolute Poker Absolute Poker – took me a bit to warm up to this site – can’t explain why, but I have now played 1700 raked hands (Real Money) and I like this site!! The graphics are good – not over or underdone, there are some cool aspects – like Poker Stars (could be the same Software) you can put in your picture or favorite image to represent you while playing. This is a good site to test the waters small winnings from freerolls, limit tables start at the $.02/$.04 level so even two or 3 dollars from a freeroll can be a reasonable start. I got a $10.00 free coupon and rolled that up, well up enough that I am looking at $1.00/$2.00 tables and low blind No Limit tables to play. They have most of the cool-guy features, player note (USE THEM), block image, and block chat. The support group is great very responsive. Had one issue getting my coupon honored – but that was resolved w/in 24 hours. As always pick your table carefully, some are very lose some very tight, check the table stats, wait a while, pick the one that suite you style of play – there are many to choose from on Absolute Poker. Yes, there are many free/play money areas to hit and get a free feel for the software. If you like single table tournaments this the granddaddy of them all, free points based to buy in, and there is nearly always a table about to start no matter what level you are at in your poker career. The lower cash single tables tournaments, 75cents + 25 cents are all No Limit, with a few Limit and Pot Limit, at the level $1.00 + 50cents. This is a great place to build a bank roll if stick to the Single Table Tournaments and follow the information in the tricks and tips area. The only negative I have found is the registration process. If you have ever registered on a Prima Poker Site, download and call supports 800 line, I had great results, others have been frustrated, stick with it, e-mail me if that does not work, will get the issue up to management. This is site well worth your time to visit and if you are in the mood for a tournament and don't have the time to invest in a multi-table try your hand at the single table tournaments here, you will NOT Regret it.   Empire Poker   Empire Poker shares the tables and databases of the biggest and best advertised site on the Net – Party Poker - Combined they are as big or bigger that the Prima Poker Combined sites. There is a little bit of something for all, good tournament play both single and multi-table, lots of play chip options, all the poker games in all the varieties you could possibly want. One of the big perks to this site is the huge volume of new players, this means lots of easy money at the low to medium cash tables, it also means your Pocket Rockets (A A) will fall to 2 4 off suit when the flop was A 2 7, you bet out, the turn is a 5, you bet out and are called the river is a 3.pay the player off say Nice Hand - not What Were You Thinking, and pray you pickup another hand before he/she blows all you chips!!! I like this site! Rich just referred me and it is slick. The graphics are cool, but not to busy , you can easily find where to click for betting, raising or folding (ok you could check, but I rarely do) you know what is in the pot, and what you have , pot odds made easy! They have 2 servers, one real money and one play/demo they use different authentication databases, so if you plan to play both, register on both. I got .00 for opening an account (real Money) do not know how, trying to find out, will update with the details when I do. They have lots of low limit games from .05/.10 Limit to 5/30 limit, very good free rolls and lots of low buy-in satellites. There is a variety of games going at all times from Holdem to Omaha to 7 Card High/Low. if this is your 1st time playing real money, this is a great place to start. Word to the wise, at low limits, comes suck outs that would never occur at higher limits, I lost w/ AA 3 times in 1 hour to Q7 off, 52 off and 56 suited, all at the river and I bet out to the end.
