HAND RANKING

There is a set rank or hand ranking, of cards, which determines the winning hands in Texas Hold'em.

ROYAL FLUSH
Ex:     10, J, Q, K, and A suited

STRAIGHT FLUSH
Ex:     5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 suited

FOUR OF A KIND
Ex:     Jd, Js, Jc, Jh, 5h

FULL HOUSE
Ex:     Kh, Ks, Kd, 8c, 8d

FLUSH
Ex:     2, 5, 8, K, A suited

STRAIGHT
Ex:     3, 4, 5, 6, 7 non suited sequential cards

THREE OF A KIND
Ex:     9h, 9d, 9c, 5d, 7h

TWO PAIR
Ex:     Jd, Jc, 4h, 4s, 5h

ONE PAIR
Ex:     Ad, As, 6h, 2d, Kh

NO HAND/HIGH CARD
Ex:     2h, 5d, 7c, 10d, Kh

If two or more hands are the same ranking, the winner is the one having the higher cards.
For example, a Flush with an Ace high beats a Flush with a King high.
If the online Texas Hold em poker hands remain tied, then the highest card not being held in common (the kicker) determines the winner. Should Hold'em poker hands be absolutely identical in ranking, the pot will be split evenly between the winning players. If there is an odd chip, the winning player to the left of the button/dealer will receive it. This applies to both play money and poker for real money.
